RATIONALE

YCN Student Awards Childline directive was to urge young people facing any form of troubling situation to contact Childline. Mental and emotional health accounts to 30% of counselling sessions dealing with this issue. This campaign focuses on the long lasting effects of verbal and emotional abuse. Children are extremely impressionable and easily influenced. Consequently, the repercussions of verbal/emotional abuse which children are exposed are long-lasting. It fundamentally impacts on their future in terms of social behaviour and social interaction. The following execution, is designed to capture a unique perspective of the emotional trauma inflicted on children.
